Creators, independent talents, agencies, rights holders, and representatives can contact us about corrections, image use, or removal. Include the affected URL, your capacity, the concern, and your requested action.

Privacy and accounts

Use this channel for account deletion, access, correction, cessation of use, and privacy questions or complaints. For account requests, write from your registered email address. If you can no longer access it, let us know.

We explain any necessary identity verification individually. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or identity documents in your initial message.

Bugs, feedback, and other inquiries

For bugs, include the time, page URL, device and browser, steps to reproduce, and any error message. Hide unnecessary personal information such as email addresses in screenshots.

For security reports, do not send secrets or other users’ data. Include an outline of the impact and only the minimum steps needed to reproduce the issue.

Sending a message and receiving a reply

We assess the content and urgency. This is not a continuously monitored or instant-response channel. We may need time or additional information to investigate. Please ensure you can receive replies.
