OshiDeck is an independent tool for organizing streaming information. Please review these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the YouTube Terms of Service before using it.
On this page
1. Scope and operator
These Terms apply to OshiDeck (the “Service”), provided by the operator identified on the Contact page (the “Operator”). Users must review and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the Service.
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service as well.
2. Features and information
The Service displays public VTuber stream and video information and lets users organize and save selected creators, groups, and video playlists. Coverage, features, limits, and supported devices are those indicated in the available service interface.
Information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Appearance labels and classifications may include our own processing. Check official channels and announcements for current availability, starting times, participants, and viewing conditions.
Saving creators or playlists on OshiDeck is separate from YouTube subscriptions, watch history, and playlists. Users watch, subscribe, comment, join memberships, and purchase products on the respective services themselves.
3. Accounts and guest use
Provide accurate registration information and only use information you are entitled to use. Protect your password and credentials. Do not lend or transfer accounts or impersonate others. If you suspect unauthorized use, change your password and contact us.
Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent where required by the law of their place of residence. Third-party services’ age requirements also apply separately.
Guest creators and groups are stored in the browser and do not automatically sync to other devices. They may be lost when site data is cleared, a device is changed, or browser restrictions apply. Signed-in account information is stored with the account.
4. Fees and paid features
As of this version of the Terms, the Service does not offer paid-plan enrollment or payment processing. We will not automatically start a paid contract or charge you without your agreement. You are responsible for your internet connection and similar costs.
If paid features are introduced, we will separately disclose their scope, price including taxes or applicable tax information, billing interval, any automatic renewal, payment methods, and cancellation and refund conditions before purchase, and require an explicit enrollment. Announcing a paid feature does not create a payment obligation for existing users.
5. Intellectual property and independence
Rights in the Service’s software and original text and design belong to the Operator or their rightful owners. Rights in listed talent names, images, videos, audio, trademarks, and other materials belong to the respective rights holders. These rights are not transferred to users.
Unless permitted by law or by the necessary authorization, users must not copy, republish, sell, or otherwise reuse third-party materials. Display on the Service is not permission to reuse them.
The Service is not an official service of the listed talents, agencies, YouTube, or other platforms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, it is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by them.
6. Prohibited conduct
This is not a blanket prohibition on ordinary browsing or legally permitted use. If you discover a security issue, avoid unnecessary access and report only the minimum information required to explain and reproduce it.
- Violating the law or infringing others’ rights or privacy.
- Impersonation, false rights reports, or unauthorized account use.
- Unauthorized access, bypassing authentication or access controls, or obtaining others’ private data.
- Disruptive volumes of requests or automated collection that evades limits.
- Sending malware, or damaging or altering systems or stored data without authorization.
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, or intentionally misleading users about official approval.
- Bypassing third-party restrictions or access conditions for paid or private content.
7. Third-party services
Linked sites and external content sources have their own terms and privacy policies. Their providers determine their content and contractual conditions. Changes or outages affecting third-party services may make parts of OshiDeck unavailable.
We are not a party to your transactions for viewing or purchases on external services. Please contact the relevant provider about those transactions. This does not exclude any legal responsibility for our own actions.
8. Restrictions, changes, and interruptions
We may restrict use or listings as necessary to address violations, abuse, security risks, third-party rights, or legal requirements. Where possible and appropriate, we explain the reason and available action. You may contact us about a restriction.
Maintenance, outages, disasters, third-party interruptions, and other circumstances may temporarily interrupt the Service. Where possible, we give advance notice through the Service or other appropriate means of significant feature changes or termination. Emergencies may require notice afterward.
Where paid contracts are offered, any settlement relating to changes or termination follows the relevant contract and applicable law.
9. Ending use and deleting data
You may stop using the Service at any time. Use the available interface to change or delete saved creators, groups, and playlists. To delete your account itself, contact us from its registered email address. After identity verification, we handle deletion including related data.
We may retain information required by law or necessary to address disputes or abuse, limited to that purpose. Clearing browser site data does not delete a server-side account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
10. Limitations of information and liability
We work to improve the Service but do not guarantee complete, accurate, immediate, or uninterrupted information, or suitability for a particular purpose. Check official sources alongside our information, including when confirming schedules.
If users suffer damage due to our breach of contract or unlawful acts, our liability is determined under applicable law. These Terms do not exclude or restrict liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, liability under consumer protection laws, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms for legal changes, feature changes, or other reasonable needs, within the scope and procedures permitted by applicable law. We announce the changes, revised Terms, and effective date through the Service or other appropriate means.
For changes materially affecting users’ rights or obligations, we give advance notice appropriate to the impact and obtain renewed agreement where required by law. Merely editing this page does not retrospectively impose new obligations.
12. Governing law, language, and contact
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. This does not deprive users of mandatory consumer protection or other legal rights applicable in their place of residence or otherwise. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
Japanese is the original language; translations are provided to help users understand the Terms. In the event of a discrepancy, the Japanese version governs to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply insofar as consistent with their purpose.
