Why we list creators

OshiDeck is an independent service that helps fans organize public streaming information for VTubers they choose and reach official streams and channels. We aim to help people discover activities across agencies and by independent creators.

A listing does not mean that we represent a talent or have an official partnership or endorsement. OshiDeck does not guarantee a talent’s statements, participation, or activity policies on their behalf.

Names, images, and public information

We display talent and channel names, icons, video titles, thumbnails, and similar information to identify listings and direct users to streaming information. We do not treat public availability as a waiver of rights.

Copyright, trademark rights, rights relating to names and likenesses, and other rights belong to the respective rights holders. OshiDeck does not grant blanket reuse permission for third-party materials. Visitors wishing to reuse them must separately check the relevant policies and obtain any necessary permission.

We do not represent that a particular fan-work guideline authorizes every use made by OshiDeck. When concerns arise, we review the material, its use, the relevant rights, and applicable conditions.

What you can contact us about

• Incorrect names, affiliations, official channels, or links.
• Incorrect appearance labels or schedules, or information remaining after a source becomes private or is deleted.
• The way a name, image, or other material is used.
• Requests to remove or stop displaying an image, stream, talent, or agency listing.
• Impersonation, confusion about official status, or possible infringement of third-party rights.
• Suggestions to improve listing information or access to official activities.

Information to include

Please do not attach identification documents, your address or date of birth, or a complete contract to the initial message. Never send passwords, verification codes, or API keys. If additional verification is necessary, we may request limited information and explain why it is needed.

• Your contact name and capacity: creator, rights holder, authorized representative, or other role.
• A reply address and a verifiable official website, account, or contact channel.
• The affected OshiDeck URL, creator name, video URL, or other identifying details.
• The concern and supporting information about rights, authority, or the proposed correction.
• The action you request and, if urgent, the reason and requested timeframe.

How we handle requests

We review the listing and the report, and may verify facts, identity, or authority to act. Depending on the circumstances, we assess corrections, replacement or hiding of an image, or removal of a listing. Urgent cases may require temporarily hiding the affected material during review.

There is no charge to submit a legitimate correction or rights report. We communicate our approach or outcome to a usable reply address. Timing depends on the issue and verification needed; we do not promise a fixed response time or a particular outcome.

Using this contact channel is not a prerequisite to exercising legal rights. Removing a listing on OshiDeck does not remove information from YouTube, search engines, or other third-party services.

Handling your report privately

We use submitted information to verify, respond to, act on, and record the report. Where necessary, we may share the minimum relevant information with service providers or professional advisers. This is not a public submission channel.
