Seller

The seller for applications from Japan is as follows. Inquiries are accepted by email.

• Seller: OshiDeck (individual business)
• Name of the responsible person, address, and phone number: provided by email without delay upon request.
• How to request: contact us with the subject "Request for disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions." The email address is listed on the Contact page.

Price

OshiDeck Plus (monthly, renews automatically). The price for the country or region you select at checkout applies. Prices include tax. Check the checkout screen for the countries and regions currently accepting applications.

• United States: US$4.99 per month
• Taiwan: NT$125 per month
• Indonesia: Rp50,000 per month
• South Korea: ₩4,900 per month
• United Kingdom: £4.99 per month
• Canada: CA$7.49 per month
• Australia: A$7.49 per month
• New Zealand: NZ$8.99 per month

Additional costs

You bear internet connection charges. For payments in a foreign currency, your card issuer or similar may charge fees.

Payment method and timing

• Payment method: card (processed through Stripe)
• Timing: you pay the first month when you apply. After that, you are charged automatically on each monthly renewal date until you cancel.

When the service is provided

Plus features become available immediately after payment is completed.

Cancellation and withdrawal

You can cancel at any time from the subscription management screen. Cancelling stops future renewals and charges, and you can use Plus until the end of the paid period.

Because this is a digital service, applications cannot be withdrawn (returned) after payment. Where the law grants a right of withdrawal or cancellation, we follow it.

Refunds

Amounts already paid, including unused days, are generally not refunded. We refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges
• Periods when Plus could not be used because of a serious failure attributable to the operator (the corresponding amount)
• Applications cancelled because the card's issuing country differed from the selected country or region (full amount)

System requirements

Use the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox, with JavaScript and cookies enabled.

Applications from outside Japan

For applications from other countries and regions, Stripe (shown as "Link" at checkout and on card statements) is the seller and handles payment collection, calculation and remittance of local taxes, receipts, and inquiries about payments and refunds. Stripe's own terms apply to those transactions.

The operator provides the Plus features and answers questions about them. Price, automatic renewal, cancellation, and the residence check follow the Terms of Use.
